1. Legal Basis

Our legal justifications (each called a “Legal Basis”) under data protection law, for each purpose. It will include:

  1. Performance of a Contract: When it’s necessary for Top 3D (or a third party) to process your personal data to:
    1. comply with obligations under a contract with you. This includes Top 3D’s obligations under the Terms of Use to provide the Top 3D Service to you, or
    2. verify information before a new contract with you begins.
  2. Legitimate Interest: When Top 3D or a third party has an interest in using your personal data in a certain way, which is necessary and justified considering any possible risks to you and other Top 3D users. For example, using your Usage Data to improve the Top 3D Service for all users. Contact us if you want to understand a specific justification.
  3. Consent: When Top 3D asks you to actively indicate your agreement to Top 3D’s use of your personal data for a certain purpose.
  4. Compliance with Legal Obligations: When Top 3D must process your personal data to comply with a law.

2. Appeal Records

The Appeal Records include:

  1. Copyright appeal information, including the identity information of the appealer, the reason and description of the appeal, and evidence of copyright ownership
  2. Data of the model appealed
  3. Information on the outcome of the appeal

3. Internet or Network Activity Data

The Internet or Network Activity include:

  1. Products and services Interaction, including interactions between users and Top 3D websites, MakerWorld or other websites operated by a third-party company on our behalf (referred to collectively as the “Reacted Webpages“). These Interaction Records may include topics, replies, comments, reads, ratings, likes, and collects, as well as interactions regarding MakerWorld models (such as uploading, downloading, deleting and printing);
  2. IP address;
  3. Statistics regarding how related pages are loaded or viewed;
  4. The related pages you visited before coming to the Reacted Webpages;
  5. Browsing information collected through Cookies (To learn more, please read our Cookie Policy);
  6. Other clickstream behavior (such as the pages you view, the links you click, or which items you’ve added to your shopping basket).

4. Printing Data

Device status information, which includes printer control and operation information.
Printer control information may include control commands, motion control information, as well as execution logs, system status logs, system health status logs, and system error logs.
Printer operation information may include print job information, transmission information, error information, print task information (such as remote control information) and real-time printing task status information, including printing progress, temperature, filaments.

5. 3D model data

  1. When you initiate the print job through the cloud, we may collect the 3D model files from you. When you enabled the print history reprinting function, we collected other information related to each print job, including start times, finish times, filament consumption, and other relevant information. Learn more
  2. When you upload models to MakerWorld, We will also collect personally identifiable information of the model author.

6. Job Application Data

  1. Data which you have provided to us in your candidate profile, including first and last name, country, e-mail, phone number.
  2. Data which you have entered on our candidate application form, including desired annual salary, your motivation.
  3. Data which you have provided to us in your application documents (curriculum vitae CV, cover letter) including work experience, qualifications and language skills.
  4. Data from online assessments (e.g., personality tests, cognitive ability tests) and video interviews (if applicable).
  5. Data provided to us by your referees (if applicable). These are reference points that you have given us to contact.

7. Printer Camera Data

  1. Pictures from both the micro lidar and chamber camera inside the printer.
  2. Other Printer Camera Data: To enable you to access and view the device’s monitoring video and support the downloading of files from device to Bambu Studio or Bambu Handy, we work with technical service partners that provide us with certain data, including account credentials and access permissions, video and related files.

8. Device

The device referred to is a 3D printer that can be used to provide printing services, including models such as Top 3D X1C, Top 3D P1P, as well as any other models developed by Top 3D in the future.

9. Personal Data

This is information that you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data that can be reasonably linked to such information by Top 3D, such as the information associated with your Top 3D Account.
